Payments and
Insurance
We accept cash, money orders, credit cards, checks and HSA Cards (i.e. medical/flex spending accounts) as forms of payment. There is a $35 returned check fee.
Cancellation Policy: If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you are required to pay a $65 cancellation fee.
